About the Photographer.. I (Wesley), was challenged with finding a photographer that would would capture this special from an artist's point of view. Knowing Alejandro only by his work in the tango community, I contacted him to see if he'd photograph my daughter's wedding. He agreed to come up from Texas for the weekend to capture the event. This is his work, a true artist and friend.

About Alejandro Almanza...

Born and raised in South Texas, J. Alejandro Almanza has the mind of an engineer led by the heart of an artist. He is formally educated in Michigan as an electrical engineer and photography technologist. His medium of expression for the past nine years has been photography. Alejandros's photographs reside in private collections, galleries, and publications in Europe, South America, and North America. The publications include The Mirror, La Cadena, and El Tangauta. He currently lives in Houston where he is an avid tango dancer, and is currently working on a tango photo book.
